Ally and his team are a polite, charming, and professional bunch. We booked Ally for a long-haul move from Manchester to Edinburgh (with only a week's notice!) and when he learnt that we were going to have to store things temporarily at a family member's house before moving again a week later, he kindly stored the items on our behalf and arranged to have them delivered to the final destination. Both times he was extremely kind and friendly, and on the second occasion, he brought a colleague who was equally nice. A lovely team, a company that takes pride in its work, wholly recommended by two Edinburgh-based gays with far too many books.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: £550

We used Move and Remove to move from a second floor tennement flat to a new house. Ally visited the flat and was very efficient in providing an accurate and competitive quote for us, perfectly estimating the number of boxes and size of van we’d need.

Before the moving day Ally provided all the packaging we needed well in advance, allowing us to pack at our leisure.

On the day of the move the team were amazing. They were really efficient, careful and courteous with nothing being too much trouble and made what could have been a stressful day very smooth.

Overall I couldn’t rate the service we received better and I’d definitely recommend.

Ally and his team did a fantastic job during my recent house move. I had good communication with Ally before and on the day. I was working on the day of move so Ally agreed to let himself in to the new property and handled delivery without me needing to be there. When I arrived at the property everything had been put where intended and all in perfect condition. They were very efficient and professional. The quoted price was very reasonable and Ally also reduced the cost when the job didn't take as long as he had quoted for. I would definitely use Move & Remove again and would highly recommend them to others. Thank you Ally!

Absolutely outstanding service from Ally and his team at Moveandremove! From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and efficiency were evident. They came prepared with three vans and swiftly packed up all our belongings with great care. Every item was securely boxed and loaded, ensuring nothing was damaged during the move. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they treated our possessions as if they were their own.
